Tere Searing joined Kovarus in early 2006 as Vice President of Operations to help manage the company's rapid growth and to enhance profitability through management of operations. She has helped streamline Kovarus' operational procedures for managing sales, marketing and the company's valuable customer and vendor relationships. She is also very active in planning for Kovarus' future growth, including new office locations and hiring additional team members.

Ms. Searing has more than 15 years of experience working for technology and legal firms in the areas of operations, sales and paralegal. Prior to joining Kovarus, she was the Sales & Operations Manager at an international remote access management software company, responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts as well as controlling all financial operations, including venture capital relations, tax-related matters, human resources and staffing issues.
