As Vice President of Professional Services for Kovarus, Alex is responsible for overseeing technical sales support and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the entire implementation process. Over the last decade, Alex has grown his technical skills and professional services management background by engaging in all aspects of IT solution implementation for a variety of product offerings. Immediately prior to joining Kovarus, Alex worked at MTI Technology to oversee their VMware practice helping companies save time and money while optimizing their environment. In addition to honing his VMware expertise, Alex has spent much of his career serving as the lead technician on multiple professional service engagements performing Linux installations. Alex is also the co-author of “The Linux System Administrators' Guide.”

Mr. Weeks has more than 15 years industry experience holding various technical sales, systems engineer and consulting positions at leading companies including MTI, Eastern Computer Exchange, and IBM.
